Noel Shaw

MANAGING DIRECTOR

I have been in the Building industry for forty four years and completed my trade certificate in Joinery / Carpentry.   I initially had my own Joinery & Aluminium Joinery business which I sold. I then managed Benchmark Building Supplies in Taupo for 10 years and won the NZ Hardware Business awards in 2002. I moved to Cambridge as Territory Manager for James Hardie Ltd. I desperately wanted to run a team again and took on the management of Carters in Cambridge. After spending the last few years with a building franchise, we have now launched Mondo Homes Ltd.
I am extremely passionate around the Building Industry and enjoy working with the team associated with our business so we can all prosper together.  My goal is always to deliver a quality build for our clients and exceed their expectations.

Deborah Bunyard

GENERAL MANAGER

With a background of Sales Marketing and Management and with a passion for the building industry, this role is a perfect fit for me.

Having built numerous houses over the years, with equally as many renovations, I totally love working with the team at Mondo Homes

I am married with two adult children - In my spare time I love to spend time in the sun, best time of the year for me is summer.

Sherry Hitchcock

ASSISTANT TO PROJECT MANAGER AND HEALTH & SAFETY

I have been with the company since 2016, where I was part of the Sales Team.  I have been looking for a new challenge and in April 2020 the opportunity arose for me to change roles within the company.  I am really excited to be learning and working more closely with those on the construction side of the business rather than the sales side, as well as co-ordinating Health & Safety.

I find it really interesting watching the houses grow from foundation slab to beautifully completed and happy customers at the end of the project.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family, mountain biking, tramping and photography.

Wayne Clarke

PROJECT MANAGER

My role is to oversee the actual build on the job.  I am responsible for making sure that things happen when they are supposed to.  I coordinate all the various tradespeople and ensure that all necessary supplies are on site when they are needed.  I am also responsible for quality control, this means overseeing the quality of materials and labour on the job.

I enjoy working with the clients through the process of building their new home.  I love being part of their excitement as their visions turn into reality.

Peter Nielsen

SALES CONSULTANT

With 12 years experience in the building and property industry my role involves assisting clients build their new home from initial Concept to Completion.
I am committed to all the challenges and I strive to ensure our clients enjoy this exciting time.
Outside of work my interests include Gardening, following Sport and playing Music in my Band.

Sandra W

Office Manager

I am responsible for the day to day office operation of Mondo Homes.

I handle all the financial aspects of the build and ensure that all records and documentation are up to date and accessible to the team.

I am also generally the first contact for most peoples calls and can happily answer most queries or direct the calls as required.
